Receiving your Big Bags: 

  1. 48 to 72 hours prior to the delivery:
    We'll get in touch to inform you of the delivery day on your farm by offering you a time slot (morning or afternoon). If the chosen delivery day and time suits you, we'll then confirm the delivery with our haulier.

  2. On the day of delivery: 
    Our haulier will get in touch to let you know about his arrival time. There must be a suitable place on hard standing where the lorry can deliver your Big Bags. It must also be made clear at the point. Failure to do this may result in further charges. 

  3. 24 to 48 hours after delivery:
    Our support team we'll get in touch to verify that the delivery went smoothly and that you're satisfied with your product and shopping experience.

    Important Reminder: 
    You must check that the fertiliser delivered corresponds to that ordered. Please count the number of Big Bags unloaded as well as the state of each one. If one or more big bags are damaged then you must mark a notice of damage on the delivery note or the driver's device. If you fail to do this at the time of delivery, it may result in an inability to later claim for damaged or incomplete goods. We suggest that you also take a photograph of any damage or lesser quantity of goods as proof. 

    When purchasing fertilisers or other goods classified as dangerous, we may pass on your details such as your delivery address to the product manufacturer. The person receiving the goods may also be photographed instead or complimentarily to paper signature as a confirmation of goods receiving by our logistics provider.
