There may still be the rare delay in a parcel arriving in certain COVID hotspot areas.

Our Response: is fully open for business taking online orders 24/7 through the website or by speaking to a member of our sales teams. We are working closely with our trusted hauliers and suppliers to ensure your order will get to you on time and as safe as possible. Our usual operating and delivery times are back to normal and we are only experiencing occasional delays. Please note that once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Based on the latest government advice part of our staff continue to work from home working from home, which we believe is the most responsible course of action. You can still contact us via the usual means; email, phone, our social media channels etc.
